Non perturbative spectrum of the $\phi^4$ theory in $d=3$.
Michele Caselle
Abstract
By using Montecarlo simulations it is possible to show that in the spectrum of
the 3d $\phi^4$ theory there are states which do not appear in the standard
perturbative analysis of the model. The same states also exist in the
spectrum of the three dimensional Ising model which is in the same universality
class as the $\phi^4$ theory. A dual transformation of the Ising model
allows to identify the new states as elementary excitations of the dual Ising
model.
